Every subscriber receives 5 professional visits per year — beginning with a comprehensive Home Assessment, followed by 4 seasonal home care visits. Blue items are completed every seasonal visit. Yellow items are completed once a year at the right season.

Any deficiencies or repairs identified during your visit will be quoted at the time of the visit. You review and approve before any work begins. There is never any obligation to proceed with additional services.

Your seasonal visits are just the start. As a licensed General Contractor, MPT is also your one call for everything else your home needs.

Licensed General Contractor work — painting, pressure washing, sheetrock and drywall repair, and everything from minor fixes to major renovations. Quoted per job before we start.

🔧 Handyman Services

Cabinet repairs, door replacements, fixture swaps, caulking, weather stripping, and the everyday fix-it list every home builds up. Quoted per job.

🚚 Hourly Tech Rental

Book a tech by the hour for basement cleanouts, moving furniture, or loading/unloading — truck included when you need one. Billed hourly, exclusive to active MPT clients.
